Mario Tubo blu porta accanto alla poltrona una luce direzionale che può essere adattata alla propria posizione attraverso movimenti intuitivi. La lampada è composta da una base triangolare e da una lunga asta, la cui particolare configurazione permette di cambiare l'inclinazione della struttura senza utilizzare snodi o sistemi elettronici.
La lampada si inclina con l'aiuto del piede e può essere sollevata facilmente con un dito per trovare la posizione più adatta. L'asta può inoltre essere inserita nella base in entrambi i versi, mentre il portalampada magnetico si posiziona liberamente lungo la struttura per scegliere altezza e punto di emissione della luce. La finitura blu valorizza il profilo grafico e contemporaneo della lampada.
Anche la direzione del fascio può essere regolata grazie al doppio aggancio magnetico del faretto: un magnete lo collega al portalampada, mentre il secondo si unisce alla sfera magnetica in dotazione. Il faretto può così essere inclinato e ruotato con grande libertà, rendendo Mario Tubo ideale accanto a una poltrona o a un divano per la lettura e per tutte le situazioni in cui serve una luce precisa e orientabile.
