WARNING: the EIVA lamp holder is designed exclusively for glass LED light bulbs (not porcelain or milky) and has been tested to be compatible with A60, ST64, G95 and G125 shapes, which guarantee its IP65 protection rating.

For configured or custom-assembled lamps, additional preparation time of a few days may be required. Each lamp is hand assembled after the order is confirmed, ensuring a level of quality control suitable for deliveries within South Africa.

Standard delivery to South Africa takes 2–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination area.

For deliveries within South Africa, orders confirmed before 12:00 pm are dispatched on the same business day.

Orders confirmed after 12:00 pm are dispatched on the next business day, using a shipping process specifically organised for the South African territory.

If you change your mind about products purchased from us, no problem! You have 14 days from receipt to return your entire order or just what you want. Products must be intact, in the same condition as received, and in the complete original packaging.

However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including those created with our configurator.
